Clean, fast service, inexpensive. Baja Fresh is a good place to eat or buy take out if you like American style Mexican cuisine. Jack and cheddar cheeses instead of Mexican cheese, almost everything comes with sour cream and everything is so healthy that it comes out bland and almost flavorless. If I want health food I'll eat at home or dine at a health food restaurant. When I buy Mexican food I want it to taste like Mexican food.
Baja Fresh Mexican Grill is one of my favorite take out places. It's quick and easy, I call in my order and by the time I get there it is ready. The burritos, taquitos and fajitas are all delicious and I like the fact that there is no lard used here. The cost is low and the portions are large.
My wife and I both like Baja Fresh. The place is bright, clean and cheerful. The service is quick and efficient and the food is tasty.
